Manners Pimblett Solicitors Limited
Manners Pimblett is a legal practice established on January 1, 2003, by its founding partners, Duncan Manners and Robert Pimblett. Tragically, Duncan Manners passed away in February 2005, and since then, Robert has continued as the sole director of the firm.
As of December 2019, the firm has expanded its presence to include two offices, located in Poynton and Cheadle. What sets Manners Pimblett apart is its team of qualified solicitors who are equipped to provide expert legal guidance.
The firm prides itself on maintaining an “open door” policy, recognising that access to a solicitor has become increasingly challenging following the end of Legal Aid for certain legal areas. They understand that not every interaction will result in formal instruction; sometimes, individuals may need initial guidance to assess their options and navigate the legal landscape.
Manners Pimblett is committed to providing clients with a welcoming and accessible experience. They encourage clients to visit either office or make appointments for preliminary assessments of their legal matters. Initial contact by phone is also welcomed to ensure clients are directed to the right person promptly.
The firm has embraced new technology, particularly video calls, which have become more prevalent since the onset of the pandemic. They understand that clients may not always be able to visit during standard working hours and are willing to accommodate requests for consultations outside these hours. Additionally, for certain circumstances, they may offer home visits.
Manners Pimblett covers a wide range of legal services, including guidance on property transactions, support during divorce proceedings, assistance with estate financial arrangements, and advice on wills and lasting powers of attorney. The firm emphasises sensitivity and efficiency in handling each client’s case, always prioritising the client’s needs above all else.
