The Perduco Experience

I first contacted Perduco on the 24th January and after a very productive initial phone call I signed paperwork to start my financial settlement and divorce with them. Since then I have been told numerous times, when I can actually speak to someone that knows what on earth is going on - ‘Please note that we are in the process of finalising the audit of all files, yours being one thereof that needs to be addressed. We cannot get back to you until we have received feedback from our accounting team and director regarding same. Please be patient whilst we obtain our instructions and will revert as soon as we have the necessary feedback to discuss with you’ It is completely unreasonable that they have left me with no further information for nearly 4 months. This has delayed my divorce and the whole process and has left me stressed and unwell. Absolutely disgusting customer service and ridiculous of them pride themselves on doing this to people during the worst times of their lives! Date of experience: 24 January 2025
