Rubbish - avoid at all costs. The telephone advice given was not recorded in disclosable notes. The advice was poor - failed to look at the bigger picture completely and did not advise re strengths and weaknesses at all. The nature of my case meant that it would never settle within the fixed fee in any event and once the time period ended - I was pressurised into paying a further lump sum and to issue proceedings (I didn’t thankfully and went elsewhere at this stage). Really - just avoid.
