Amazing service start to finish with Emily Gough! I received a parking ticket from parking eye which went to my previous address and I didn’t know I had one until I already had the CCJ on my file. Whilst dealing with Emily my father passed away so communication from my self was little to none making it difficult for Emily to push things forward. She decided to submit it anyway despite not having everything she needed and still managed to get it set aside! Extremely grateful for her empathy and professionalism. Thank you Emily
