Through the hard work and determination of Santokh Chhokar and his team of lawyers and support staff, the firm’s workload steadily increased, leading to rapid growth. In 1998, the firm expanded to occupy the entire second floor of the building.

In 2002, a pivotal opportunity arose for Chhokar & Co to relocate to the more accessible first floor of the building. Santokh Chhokar recognized that this move not only offered improved accessibility for clients but also the chance to create custom-built offices designed to suit the firm’s unique needs and working style. The second floor was transformed with state-of-the-art amenities, including climate control, a CCTV system, and duct cabling. Additionally, the firm invested in a new Dell Computers network system, emphasizing its commitment to cutting-edge technology.

Chhokar & Co’s dedication to technological advancement became evident in 2005 when the firm became one of the pioneers in the legal field by acquiring the Osprey.TM Practice Management System. This web-based application allowed the firm’s lawyers to operate a “virtual office” and access the firm’s entire records from any location worldwide. This commitment to technology has set Chhokar & Co apart and ensured that it remains at the forefront of innovation in the legal industry.
