In my experience, solicitor Shahista S handled my case unreliably. The firm’s response to my concerns seemed more about defending the solicitor than helping me. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience. “My above review reflects my honest experience with them. I’m afraid our experience with this organisation was less good than other reviewers here. We were given the wrong advice about my husband’s visa situation and when we raised this as an issue afterwards, the organisation wouldn’t refund us our money. In fact, they tried to tell us that we’d been given different options. Unfortunately, none of the original advice was given in writing so we couldn’t prove that they’d misadvised us – and as they’re lawyers, it’s impossible to argue with them. So if you’re going to use this organisation, make sure you always get any advice they offer you in writing, not verbally.
